PetShop.lv 14-day return guarantee

You can return the purchased item from PetShop.lv within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Additionally, pet food / supplements must be in unopened original packaging unless otherwise agreed upon with PetShop.lv. Veterinary medications cannot be exchanged or returned.

You can return goods in any way that is convenient for you (preferably by prior arrangement by phone +371 27220717 or email info@petshop.lv):

• By delivering or sending the goods to the store at 108 Maskavas street, Riga, LV-1003.

• By sending to the parcel locker nearest to the store:

• By using the Omniva return platform:

1. Fill out the return form on the Omniva return platform:
   atgriesana.omniva.lv - to return goods from Latvia;
   grazinimai.omniva.lt - to return goods from Lithuania;
   tagastus.omniva.ee - to return goods from Estonia.
   
2. After submitting the return form, you will receive information with the return shipment code and further instructions sent to your specified phone number and email.
   
3. Proceed to the nearest Omniva parcel machine. Select "Send a shipment" on the screen, then "Shipment with a pre-prepared address card."
   
4. Enter the return shipment code and follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
   
5. Please note that items can only be returned via the parcel machine if the dimensions of the shipment package do not exceed 38 x 64 x 39 cm, and the maximum weight does not exceed 30 kg.
   
6. The fee for returning the goods using the OMNIVA platform of €2.49 will be deducted from the amount to be returned for the product (except for cases where it has been previously agreed with PetShop.lv).

You will receive a refund to your specified bank account or the bank card used for the purchase within 7 days from the moment the item is returned and received.
